Prosperous 02:50
And now is the time to let the light shine and be prosperous again!
2.
At The Edge 04:55
I felt a breeze and it took me just here To this edge where I‘m standing There was a light, bright just like hell And it‘s rays were tempting And it glows in this dark summer night Rising upon the emerald sky It‘s so warm, and it makes me feel high At this edge, it allows me to fly So now I find myself feeling new heights I don‘t feel air, I don‘t feel tide I don‘t look back, that‘s what keeps me alive I rise straight up, leaving the odd past behind And it pulls me, it pulls me up high And fills my weak body with life My chest is warm, and it just feels right to be here, on this dark summer night

I see the people making their ways grounded by fierce assumptions that alter their social perceptions and foster human division They come to me and ask me: „Boy, where you from?“ Carrying on racial separation founded on a criminal foundation once manifested through us western nations What have we learned from slavery? Please Mr. Babylon, tell me! They are objects measured by productivity! And that‘s still going on today! So me tell di youths fi rise up and question this system in which each and every one of us lives in Cause this is not the final chapter I & I a rise up and find the answer! Can‘t you see that history is a product of the powerful? So people shut up and are quite when their mouths are full, you see it? And dem panic when dem outta fuel While nextdoor kids are starving cause dem outta food! Can‘t you see the paradoxity? One side bathes ina di food, while di others nah ought fi eat Everyday my heart starts bleeding when it comes to me On and on we keep sustaining dreadful history…!
4.
I am troddin‘ with a vision Troddin‘ step by step Troddin‘ with a mission And in this vision I have to invest I am awake and I‘m alive 2 feet pon di ground carrying dis burden 10 pounds I have a vision in my eyes See me deya pon stage bringin di riddim and sound Cah disya music make me high High time mi name and mi face a make di round Mi seh mi ready fi di game It‘s all about the message not the fame - no! Chorus - And friends & family a guide me on this way Steppin‘ Stone and di Morewood Family I represent each day Manifesting my thoughts so that they never go astray, can you feel them? Will you take part in my feelings? And this expression of my self - I call it freedom Nuff a dem have longings in their hearts but never feed them I have a vision now and so I plant di seeds dem And let music prosper and spread out to every region Chorus - Yes I‘m gonna work for my share I‘m so thirsty I swear And I just want the people fi know that I‘m there Singing songs with high care Playing music with tight snares In these riddims you‘ll be finding some nice basslines, yeah! Lyricism, consciousness I from time to time bare From Shanghai to Time Square I‘ll be rhyming right there Now I‘ll climb the right stairs, because I know now That if you don‘t fulfill your dreams they become your nightmares! - Chorus -

I ask myself: what is this? I find myself lost in the limitless big cities eating up the villages too many blurred lines... ..and a lack of clear images One desire crosses out the next till it diminishes leaving me without solid ground to stand on, nor to trod on, this feeling is an odd one With so many visions till I get blind trumbling on this road of undefinable kind Where is my ground, where is my foundation? What is the basis of my equation? Is it the painted, or the erased one? I‘ll have to go and find the next station I‘ll get there, and there shall be a day one All I need to do is stay strong -Chorus- Judgement is complex - and not easy to identify, While the feelings they intensify, but the sources can‘t be clarified This way no action can be justified Maybe it is just a fight - between me, me & me and the others that i‘ve got inside While there is no reason and no god in sight In this battle that I‘ve got in mind Me desperately waan fi understand a whatta gwaan the road is dissolving where me a trod pon the times of emotional glory - dem a gone wooh, me haffi find a new dawn But right now wickedness a tek over mi thoughts sucking all the blood left over ina mi heart ...me haffi find a new dawn Chorus: Searching for answers all the time so many things that I cannot define - lost in the limitless So many ways that things can be seen so tell me who‘s to tell me what‘s real? - lost in the limitless But now I see the light again No blur, no fog, everything in clear sight again And yes you‘re damn right my friend when you say life‘s to short for lies and false pretends And the fyah now ignite again my soul at ease no battles fi fight again not in the physical nor in the mental sense my spirit is free from the burden, now it feels light again Chorus: And yes, you‘ll find an answer some times and deal with the things that you cannot define lost in the limitless And yes, there are ways how things can be seen just decide for yourself, which a dem a real! - lost in the limitless
6.
Normality, Normality. Normality is an illusion. Conformity, Conformity. Conformity is the poison. It seems to me, that I am a stranger Like everyone I’m judged by my behaviour They only want to see those shoes once worn And can’t accept the deviation of the norm But normality – is an illusion And conformity – is the poison The realist seems like a real smart guy But the realist is a mental slave inside - Chorus - It’s hard for people to process the unfamiliar Uncertainty is a trigger for fear So who do they blame for those rough and windy storms? They blame the devations of the norm But there’s one thing the people got to know That time will show That normality rests on relativity So claiming it is a foolish deed People need norms – simplification and reduction So any deviation from it causes anger, stress and fear Norms are rules Rules become laws Laws are action And action is reality You see?
